Alyssa Milano

Alyssa Milano was born on December 19, 1972, in Brooklyn, New York.

When Milano was seven, her babysitter, a dancer, took Alyssa along to an open audition for the touring company of the play "Annie." The dancer didn't get a part, but Alyssa was signed on to play an orphan.

After "Annie," Milano worked on Broadway and filmed TV commercials. At ten years of age, she landed a role on the TV series "Who's the Boss?." The show ran for eight years on ABC.

In the 1990s, Milano recorded a few albums which were popular in Japan and Europe.

Milano's appeared in several feature films including Fear, Glory Days, and the critically acclaimed, Hugo Pool.

She returned to series television in 1997 playing "Jennifer Mancini" in the show, "Melrose Place." In 1998, she began her starring role in the series "Charmed."
