Billy Gray

William Thomas Gray was born on January 13, 1938, in Los Angeles, California. As a child, Gray appeared in a number of films and played "Bud" in the TV series "Father Knows Best."

Leonard Maltin, in a review of Dusty and Sweets McGee in his annual movie and television film guide, described Gray as a real-life drug addict and pusher. On July 18, 1998, Maltin appeared at a press conference to publicly apologize to Gray for the mistake.
