In August of 1967 George Harrison was staying in a rented house on Blue Jay Way in Los Angeles, California. According to Harry Nilsson, George Harrison wrote the Beatles song "Blue Jay Way" while waiting for a visit from Derek Taylor (or Nat Weiss) and Harry.
