Don Henley was born July 22, 1947, in Gilmer, Texas. Henley was a member of Linda Ronstadt's touring band which formed the basis for the Eagles. After the Eagles broke up, Henley released several solo albums and had hits with songs such as "Dirty Laundry" (co-written by Danny Kortchmar), "The Boys Of Summer" and "All She Wants To Do Is Dance".
