| Fran Brill was born on September 30, 1946, in Chester, Pennsylvania.
In 1970, Brill became the first female puppeteer for the Muppets since the retirement of Jim Henson's wife June. Brill performed several Muppets for the TV show "Sesame Street" and has continued working with "Sesame Street" and the Muppets.
