Gary Usher

Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt

After finishing high school in 1962, Usher lived near the home of Brian Wilson. The two became friends and wrote a few songs together. These songs included "409" and "In My Room."

Usher's group, Gary Usher and the Super Stocks recorded ^"Readin' Ridin' And Racin'^" which was written by Harry Nilsson and Sebastian Stores.

Usher produced albums by Byrds, Chad & Jeremy, Sagittarius, The Surfaris, Brian Wilson, and others. Sagittarius recorded Harry Nilsson's ^"I Guess The Lord Must Be In New York City^".
