Isiah Whitlock Jr.

Isiah Whitlock Jr. was raised in South Bend, Indiana, and attended Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota, on a football scholarship. Injuries sidelined him, and Whitlock began studying psychology to prepare for acting. Whutlock graduated in 1976 and moved to San Francisco, California, to study at the American Conservatory Theater. Then he moved to New York, New York, where he received good reviews for his performances in Lee MacDougall's "High Life" and other plays. Whitlock has appeared in several plays and on television.
