James Komack

James Komack was the producer of the television show, "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" and appeared in the show as Norman Tinker.

Komack was born on August 3, 1924, in New York, New York. He died on December 24, 1997.

Komack first appear on stage as a comic and a musician. He then began acting in the 1950s. He portrayed "Rocky" in both the stage and film versions of Damn Yankees.

After appearing in films and on television, Komack began directing episodes of TV shows including "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "Get Smart."

In 1969, Komack created the TV series "The Courtship of Eddie's Father". Other shows he produced include "Chico and the Man" and "Welcome Back, Kotter."
