Kirby Johnson

Kirby Johnson was a member of the Wellingtons in the 1960s. The group appeared on the TV show "Shindig" but their greatest claim to fame is that they recorded the original theme song for "Gilligan's Island."

Johnson played "Irving," the drummer for "The Mosquitoes" in an episode of "Gilligan's Island" called "Don't Bug the Mosquitoes."
