Philip Proctor

Philip Proctor was born on July 28, 1940, in Goshen, Indiana.

Proctor was a founding member of The Firesign Theatre in the 1960s. He's seen in a few films including Tunnel Vision and Amazon Women on the Moon. He's heard in many more films. He's produced voice work for many films and TV shows including "The Jetsons," "The Smurfs," "Rugrats," Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Tarzan, and many others.
