| Ray Walston was born on December 2, 1914 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Walston began acting career in 1939 in Houston, Texas. By the mid 1940s, he was appearing on Broadway. Walston won a Tony in 1956 for his performance in "Damn Yankees."
Walston reprised his role in the film version of Damn Yankees. His other films include South Pacific, Paint Your Wagon, and Popeye.
On television, Walston starred as the alien in "My Favorite Martian" in the early 1960s. In 1992, he joined the cast of the series "Picket Fences." His performance as "Judge Henry Bone" earned him two Emmy awards. Visitor Comments:Connections:Ray Walston ... |
