| The Point! has been staged as a play a number of times. Esquire Jauchem adapted
Harry Nilsson's The Point! for the Boston Repertory Theater stage in 1975.
In 1976 and 1977, Micky Dolenz and Davy Jones (both formerly of The Monkees) starred in the
play at the Mermaid Theatre in London, England. Colin Bennett directed the play and a cast album
of the songs was released.
In 1991 the play was revived at the Chapel Court Theater of the Hollywood United Methodist Church
with choreography by Janet Eilber. Visitor Comments: Esquire Jauchem (May 26, 2007)I also adapted and directed the Chapel Court production.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to go or who to ask to get the rights to perform "The Point!" as a play. It may be a legal mess with many different people and companies owning rights to different elements of the play. -- Webmaster
