Harry Nilsson recorded demos for Scott Turner. He was paid $5 for each song. Years later, Turner decided to release the songs to take advantage of Harry's success. He called Harry to work out the royalty arrangements. "You already paid me," Harry replied, "Five dollars a song. That was our deal."
