Harry Nilsson appears briefly (as "Lassie") in ^"Party from Outer Space^" from Albert Brooks's album A Star Is Bought. The song is a satire of "break-in" records where an interviewer asks questions and the answers follow in the form of fragments taken from songs by different artists. Comics Bill Buchanan and Dickie Goodman invented the genre with thier "The Flying Saucer."
