United States July 8, 1970 Harry Nilsson appeared on the July 8, 1970, episode of the Smothers Brothers's television show, "Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour". Tommy Smothers introduced Harry by singing "I Guess The Lord Must Be In New York City". Harry demonstrated the basics of songwriting by performing "Poli High".
Other guests on the show included Nancy Sinatra, Ted Mack, Bobby Stevens and Checkmate, and a baton-twirling champion named Natalie Brown.
