In his book, Tunesmith: Inside the Art of Songwriting, Jimmy Webb quotes Harry Nilsson's ^"How To Write A Song^" in the introduction and latter says that Harry asked Webb's permission to use the line "Up, Up, and Away" in ^"Gotta Get Up^".
